The interactive pricing calculator provided on the Forge MVP website generates estimates only. Submitting a sketch and a selected package does not constitute a legally binding commercial agreement. A formal, binding quote will be provided only after a direct consultation and the signing of a formal development contract.
Our signature 14-day rapid deployment timeline begins exclusively after all prerequisite conditions are met. These include: the mutual execution of an NDA, the signing of the formal Statement of Work (SOW), and the clearance of the initial deposit. The countdown does not begin upon submitting the contact form.
All interface sketches, business logic, and ideas submitted through our platform remain your sole intellectual property. Forge MVP applies strict Operational Security (OPSEC) standards and will not share, sell, or utilize your submissions for any purpose other than project evaluation and execution.
Forge MVP and Northstar Operations shall not be held liable for third-party service outages (e.g., Supabase, hosting providers), market performance of the developed application, or indirect financial losses resulting from the use of our digital products.
